  Fast and friendly service! I just duplicated a key today and it only took him a few minutes to get it done. I was surprised cause I thought I had to leave the key and come back later, but it turned out he started working right after I handed him the key and finished a moment later. I had to take away one star for having to come back to the shop twice cause the key wasn't working. But then he put more pressure to it (I guess) and finally the key works just fine. It was a bit hard to find the shop cause it's a bit tucked in and the lack of contrasting color design makes it easy to miss. Stand right in front of the post office entrance facing the benches and you'll see it in front of you.

  I dropped my boots in to be repaired and was told I had to pay up front and could collect them in a week or so and to wait for a text. A family emergency took me out of town for over two weeks and as I still had not heard from him I checked in this Monday when I got back in to Canberra. I was told he had not even gotten close to starting them. I explained that I would need them back before Friday as I had to go away again and he told me they would be done by today. This afternoon there was still no text so I called in again to see if they were done. Boots were still not even started and was told maybe tomorrow or Friday - no explanation or apologies offered. One star as my money was refunded but now I need to find someone else to fix my boots. Had I known how long the wait would have been I would have gone elsewhere from the start. If you are so busy you will not be able to do the work for four weeks or more then you should not tell people it will only take a week!
